We are aware of an issue that is effecting our customers in Leeds, Harrogate and Huddersfield.
This is due to cable cut. We are working on this and will put an update out as soon as possible.
We have confirmation that the repair has been fixed.
CityFibre have informed us that they are in the final phases of the repair. We will update once we find out that the issue is resolved
City Fibre have located the issue and are now working on a fix. We still do not have an ETA on the fix. Once we know we will update here.
